Na je bestelling gaan we meteen aan de slag. De meeste projecten leveren we binnen één werkdag. Bij langere scripts of drukte zie je de verwachte leverdatum vóór je betaalt.

Kan ik eerst een gratis proefopname aanvragen?

Ja. Kies een stem, stuur een korte tekst en ontvang een gratis proefopname zonder verplichting. Zo hoor je de toon vóór je een volledig project boekt.

Hoe wordt mijn prijs berekend?

Je prijs hangt af van de lengte van je tekst of het gebruik (bijvoorbeeld commercial). Telefonie start vanaf de vanaf-prijs excl. btw. Bereken je exacte tarief in de calculator of kies een stem.

Kan ik wachtmuziek toevoegen?

Optioneel wel. Kies rechtenvrije muziek uit onze bibliotheek of upload je eigen audio. Muziek is geen verplichting voor een voice-over.

Wat als de toon niet helemaal past?

Neem contact op na levering. Past de toon niet, dan bekijken we samen een retake. Grotere scriptwijzigingen achteraf kunnen een klein supplement zijn.

How fast will I receive my recording?: After your order we get to work right away. Most projects are delivered within one business day. For longer scripts or busy periods you see the expected delivery date before you pay.
Can I first request a free sample recording?: Yes. Choose a voice, send a short text, and you'll receive a free demo recording with no obligation. This lets you hear the tone before you book a full project.

Can I add hold music?: Optionally, yes. Choose royalty-free music from our library or upload your own audio. Music isn't required for a voice-over.
What if the tone isn't quite right?: Contact us after delivery. If the tone doesn't fit, we'll look at a retake together. Larger script changes afterwards may carry a small supplement.
