How it works (Steps):
Step 1: Choose your voice.
First, choose the voice that best suits your company! Would you like the messages to be recorded in multiple languages? That's possible. Many of our voices are multilingual.
Step 2: Enter your text.
You'll receive our example texts in three languages. You can adapt them as desired. Or you can write your own texts.
Step 3: Choose the music.
Then, if you wish, add on-hold music from our royalty-free library. You can also upload your own tune.
Step 4: Done.
Order placed? As soon as your text has been recorded, we will further refine it to your specifications, so it will sound optimal on your phone.

Basic rules for every script
- Short: a maximum of 20-25 seconds per message.
- Clear: company name, what to expect, and the next step.

Quick overview
- Goal: every caller immediately knows what to expect.
- Tone: warm, concise, and brand-compliant.
- Action: always mention an alternative channel (email, form).
Ideal length
Aim for 20-25 seconds per message. Longer messages lead to hang-ups; shorter messages lack context.
Basic rules for every phone script
- Company name in the first sentence.
- Concrete callback promise or referral.
- One message per recording, not everything at once.
Tone and tempo
Write as you speak. Avoid jargon unless your target audience expects it. Let professional voice actors determine rhythm and breath.
Example texts and demos
Use the script block below and listen to telephony demos to choose tone and tempo before recording.
Common mistakes
- No promise of when you'll call back.
- Texts that are too long; callers hang up.
- No alternative besides the phone.
- Forgetting holidays; plan out-of-office scripts in advance.
